  The Hidden Valley or St Patrick's Washwell, Corsham.
  Unfortunately we were grossly misled by the property owner. We were told it was possible to have a hot tub located on the site however when we set about organising this, the owner backtracked saying there was no suitable location and upon inspection of the property, this was the case. We'd taken the property on the agreement that we could have a hot tub, and although the owner had gone back on our agreement she would not provide a refund. This led to weeks of negotiations but the owner would not see reason or admit that she had misled us even though we had proof via email! We had no choice but to keep the booking as we could not afford another property whilst the owner kept our money.
  Upon arrival of the property we found that the property did not sleep as many people as advertised. Some rooms were listed as sleeping 4 people but this was only possible if members of the group slept on temporary put up beds, which wasn't reay fair when everyone had paid the same amount of money. The showers were dirty and would not drain. The wifi was barely detectable throughout the property and so weak that you could not use it. The grounds were unkept and shabby.
  Overall, a decent property tainted by bad cleanliness and maintenance coupled with a less than adequate service provided by a scatty dishonest host. Don't bother!
